HIIT/Tabata
Interval Training Time Efficient.
HIIT: Short bursts of very intense exercise (≥ 80% max effort), each followed by brief recovery, repeated over 10–30 minutes. HIIT maximizes cardiovascular and metabolic benefits in a time-efficient format.
Tabata: A specific HIIT protocol: 20 seconds of all-out effort, 10 seconds rest, repeated 8 times for a 4-minute session. Designed to boost both aerobic and anaerobic fitness quickly.
Booty Camp/ Ass Class
Glute-focused and peachy!
A dynamic lower‑body sculpting class centered on the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and hips—using a blend of weights, bodyweight exercises, and mini resistance bands. By layering dumbbells or kettlebells with band‑resisted movements like clamshells, glute bridges, squats, and lunges, each class delivers targeted muscle activation, progressive strength, and improved stability.
Str8 Strength
Sculpt your entire body.
This strength-based class hones in on building lean, strong muscle. Basic, effective and leaves you feeling accomplished.
Circuits
Our signature class.
A fast-paced, room-spanning workout where participants rotate through 12 unique stations—each targeting different muscles or fitness skills—in quick succession. The full circuit is repeated three times, keeping the intensity high and the momentum rolling from start to finish.
Turbo Tone
Lift. Tone. Dance.
A dynamic workout beginning with targeted toning to sculpt arms, legs, core, and glutes (using bodyweight and light resistance), and ending with a fun, high-energy dance cardio segment set to upbeat music.
AMRAP
As Many Rounds As Possible.
Ready, set, WORK! An intense workout format where participants complete a set sequence of exercises as many times as possible within a prescribed time limit—minimizing rest and maximizing intensity.
Barre
Low impact. High results.
Inspired by ballet, Pilates, and strength training, this class builds stability and core strength using controlled movements and focused repetition.
POUND®
Cardio. Music. Therapy.
Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session using lightly weighted drumsticks. It’s loud, sweaty, and addictive.

This class is meant for every age and fitness level. Learn the basics while knowing your strengths. You can go as modified or advanced as you like in this total body conditioning class.
BTS+
Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders & More.
An electrifying 45 minute group workout focused entirely on sculpting and strengthening your upper body—including arms and core. Expect a powerful mix of compound moves like presses, dips, and curls, paired with dynamic isolation exercises designed for maximal muscle symmetry and tone.
